"Had a bad customer service experience. The person who answered the call did not have the knowledge of the policy eligibility requirements. Had to reach out to them multiple times for the same service. Still waiting for the problem to be addressed."

"Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and quick from beginning to end of my claim. The mechanic I chose had to take some time to get everything sorted out on their end but I was reached out too consistently the entire time and all oy questions were answered on the spot."

"I used State Farm for a jump start on my car a couple times since it was included on my coverage. Come the cold weather, I needed another jump start. I went to request the service but was unable to request it. I called their office and was informed that it was taken off because I used the service too much. I was not informed of the change and I was left unable to get to work. So much for *...a good neighbor.* On the bright side, my monthly bill is credited $1.25ish for the inconvenience."
